I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the waterfront, although we stumbled into a wall in the hallway on our way to our room. The service was exceptional, especially when they quickly provided cold packs for our little one. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and ideal for sightseeing. The dining experience was delightful, with beautifully presented dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I was delighted by the spacious Japanese room with a private outdoor hot spring bath, though the optional upgrade was pricy. The service staff, while unable to communicate in English, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location, just a short 5-8 minutes walk from Amanohashidate station, offered a wonderful base for sightseeing. The dining experience, with unexpectedly Western options, was enjoyable on weekdays.
